Unfortunately, once an order through our website is made we cannot issue out any refunds, we advise our customers to be sure of their order before purchasing. Due to hygeine reasons and due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns on all items.

All UK orders are sent via royal mail, shipping times may vary depending on what products have been purchased.
In stock items can take approximately 2-4 working days to processed and pre order items can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. Upon dispatching your order a confirmation email is sent out to the email provided, once your order has been dispatched you should receive it within 3 working days
UK shipping is a flat rate of £1.99, free shipping is available on all orders over £30.
International orders
International orders also ship within 2-4 working days if the products purchased are in stock, pre order items can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. Shipping times for international orders can vary, please contact us for further information. Please note that Import taxes and charges are the buyer's responsibility.
